Services

Avenue II offers a range of services to adults with a developmental disability. Services funded by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) must be accessed by contacting Developmental Services Ontario www.dsontario.ca . Services funded by MCCSS include Employment, Community and Independent Living (residential). Avenue II does not hold any waiting lists for any Ministry funded services.

Avenue II offers private fee for service supports and is a Passport Program provider who can bill directly to PassportONE on behalf of clients and families.

Supports range from individual and private supports to small group settings based on goals set by the client.

All staff are certified in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention and Emergency First Aid in addition to a comprehensive orientation process. Staff hired have gone through a screening process that includes reference checks and a vulnerable Sector Criminal reference check.
